Politico, citing informed sources, has reported that Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán refuses to approve the extension of sanctions against Russia to help US presidential candidate Donald Trump. This will complicate the allocation of a US$50 billion loan to Ukraine from Russian frozen assets.
