Kuleba to Discuss Russian Aggression with EU Foreign Affairs Council
EU ministers of foreign affairs will exchange views on the Russian aggression against Ukraine on July 18.
The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine was invited to the meeting.
"The Foreign Affairs Council will exchange views on the Russian aggression against Ukraine, with the participation via video teleconference of Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba," says the official statement.
The meeting will consider the introduction of the seventh package of sanctions against the Russian Federation.
The package would include a ban on importing Russian gold, which represents the country's biggest non-energy export.
According to media, the new sanctions package could be approved by the EU by the middle of next week.
