Shmyhal: About $2 Billion Raised in Lugano to Help Rebuild Ukraine
According to the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, as a result, the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Swiss Lugano managed to raise about $2 billion.
"The government team in Lugano raised almost $2 billion of aid from partners for Ukraine. We are grateful to the World Bank, the EBRD, the European Investment Bank, the governments of Sweden, Switzerland, the UK, business, and the non-governmental sector," Shmyhal wrote on his Twitter.

The conference was held on July 4-5 in Lugano, Switzerland. As a result, over 40 countries, together with multilateral organizations such as the European Investment Bank and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, vowed to support the afterwar reconstruction of Ukraine.
