Kuleba: Sham-Referendums to Not Change Anything, Ukraine to Continue to Liberate Its Territories
Despite the plans of Russia to hold sham referendums on annexing the occupied Ukrainian territories, Ukraine will continue to liberate them.
"Sham 'referendums' will not change anything. Neither will any hybrid 'mobilization.' Russia has been and remains an aggressor illegally occupying parts of Ukrainian land. Ukraine has every right to liberate its territories and will keep liberating them whatever Russia has to say," wrote Minister of Foreign affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba.

The occupiers plan to hold their sham referendums on annexing the captured territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions to Russia from September 23 to 27.
The head of the Foreign Ministry of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs, called on the international community to react to the planned Russian sham "referendums" with new sanctions and more weapons for Ukraine.
