French Mission Arrived in Ukraine to Investigate War Crimes in Izium
A mission of French specialists has arrived in Ukraine to help Ukrainian colleagues with documentation of crimes near Izium.
The French Embassy in Ukraine has reported about this.
The mission arrived together with Minister of Foreign Affairs Catherine Colonna on September 27.
"Experts from the National Gendarmerie Criminal Research Institute (IRCGN) have just arrived in Ukraine. The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Catherine Colonna, presented them to Prosecutor General Andrii Kostin. From tomorrow on, they will work on investigating crimes in Izium. France stands with Ukraine in the fight against impunity," the embassy stated.

As previously reported, Catherine Colonna announced that France would send a mission to Ukraine to investigate the war crimes committed in Izium.
