As reported, the head of the British Foreign Ministry arrived in Kyiv for the first time.
During his own visit to Kyiv, the Foreign Secretary set out a new package of support. In addition to 24 ambulances, it will include 11 emergency vehicles, including six armoured vehicles.
The package will include £3m to rebuild infrastructure, including schools and shelters, which have been destroyed during the war.
The funds will also be used to support victims of sexual violence during the aggression of the Russian Federation.
Cleverly said that, as winter sets in, Russia was aiming to "break Ukrainian resolve through its brutal attacks on civilians, hospitals and energy infrastructure".
