Estonian PM Shows Giant Statue of Zelenskyy in Style of Statue of Liberty
A giant statue of Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the same style as the Statue of Liberty has been created in Estonia. This has been revealed during the visit of the Estonian Prime Minister to a theme park in the city of Tõrva.
Kaja Kallas, Prime Minister of Estonia, has posted a photo on her Instagram account where she is looking at a sand statue of Volodymyr Zelenskyy of a giant size that has a strong reference to the Statue of Liberty.
"Estonians' support to Ukraine is unwavering – signs of this are everywhere around Estonia. Locals in Tõrva set up Freedom Park dedicated to Ukraine with a monumental sand sculpture of President Zelenskyy."
Kallas has said that residents of Tõrva opened the park in June 2022, and they are determined to keep the statue there until Ukraine has won the war.
At the end of January 2023, Kallas took part in making camouflage nets for Ukrainian soldiers, pointing out that everyone can help Ukraine win the war.
In August 2022, Alar Karis, President of Estonia, and his team also joined the process of making camouflage nets for Ukrainian soldiers.
