The Netherlands officially announced plans to provide Ukraine with two launchers of the Patriot anti-aircraft missile system and a number of missiles. Together with Denmark, the country will also finance the modernisation of about a hundred Leopard 1 tanks, which are currently in industrial warehouses in Germany.
In addition, Rutte hinted that the country was ready to consider providing Ukraine with F-16 fighter jets and "did not rule out any assistance".
The total volume of military aid from the Netherlands to Ukraine exceeded one billion euros.
