Biden's Plaque Unveiled on the Walk of the Brave in Kyiv
A plaque dedicated to US President Joseph Biden has been unveiled on the Walk of the Brave in Kyiv near the Verkhovna Rada.
"Today, on the Alley of Courage, we are unveiling a plaque dedicated to Mr. President Biden. The first call on the night of February 24 last year, our negotiations, constant and unchanging attention to our struggle. Attention to the protection of Ukrainian democracy and President Biden's special contribution to strengthening the position of freedom in the world," Ukraine's President Zelenskyy announced after talks with Biden on Monday in Kyiv.
The Walk of the Brave in Kyiv was opened in Kyiv on August 23 by Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the President of Poland Andrzej Duda. It immortalises the names of political leaders and other representatives of partner countries, which back Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression.
On January 19, a plaque with the name of the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, who was visiting Kyiv (Ukr), was unveiled on the Walk of the Brave in Kyiv.
