The plane with the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has landed at London Stansted Airport.

The President of Ukraine has arrived in London on a British Royal Air Force plane, Sky News reports.

Earlier, media reported about a surprise visit to London - the first since the Russian invasion in February last year.

He will head to Downing Street to meet British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, before addressing parliament at 13:00.

Later, he will head to the southwest, where he will meet with Ukrainian military personnel who are undergoing training in Great Britain.

Buckingham Palace also confirmed that King Charles will have an audience with Zelenskyy today.

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is expected to announce an expanded training program for Ukrainian troops, as well as the supply of long-range weapons to Kyiv.
