This is already the second visit of the Prime Minister of Finland to Kyiv.
On Friday morning, it became known that Finland would allocate to Ukraine additional €29 million in humanitarian aid (Ukr) and development cooperation support.
The €29 million provided is part of additional funding of €70 million that the government had allocated to help Ukraine in 2022.
In addition, €37 million have been reserved for 2023 to back Ukraine through development cooperation. Thus, Ukraine will become Finland's largest partner state in development cooperation.
