Prime Minister of Estonia Visits Zhytomyr
The Prime Minister of Estonia, Kaja Kallas, has visited Zhytomyr on her first foreign visit since her reappointment as head of the Estonian government.
"I am in Ukraine on my first visit as the head of Estonia's new government. I am here with a message of firm belief – I believe in Ukraine's victory and I believe in Ukraine as a prosperous liberal democracy that belongs in the Euro-Atlantic family," Kallas wrote on Twitter.
She noted that it was symbolic for her to visit Zhytomyr – the region where Estonia is focusing its reconstruction efforts.
"We were the first to become patrons of a region. It's about practical action to build the future and support Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic path," said the Prime Minister of Estonia.

"Happy to welcome you to Ukraine, to our special Zhytomyr region," President Volodymyr Zelensky said, welcoming Kaja Kallas.
A week ago, the President of Estonia, Alar Karis, approved the new government (Ukr) led by pro-Ukrainian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas.
