The Estonian government has decided to provide Ukraine with a new package of military assistance. The decision was made during a meeting on Thursday, June 22.

According to the press service of the Estonian Defence Ministry, the Estonian government supported the Defence Minister's, Hanno Pevkur's, proposal to send another field hospital to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with Iceland.

Additionally, the package will include equipment for paramedics and sappers, as well as anti-drone capabilities.

The field hospital will be transferred from the reserves of the Defence Forces, and its restoration, worth 7.8 million euros, will be financed by Iceland.

In early June, Estonian Defence Minister Hanno Pevkur stated that Estonia still had weapons to transfer to Ukraine.
