Slovakia Partially Resumes Passage of Lorries from Ukraine
The passage of lorries from Ukraine to Slovakia has been partially resumed. As of 06:00, 28 lorries have been cleared to leave Ukraine at the Uzhhorod checkpoint.
"24 of them (the lorries – ed.) have already passed all types of checks on the Slovak side," the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported on Telegram.
Slovakia partially resumed the passage of lorries to its territory from 19:30 on 13 December.
It was previously reported that two lorries per hour would be accepted.
However, as the State Border Guard Service reported, three to four lorries are actually allowed through per hour.
The Slovak hauliers resumed their blockade of the Vyšné Nemecké-Uzhhorod border checkpoint with Ukraine on Monday, 11 December.
At the same time, local authorities did not allow Polish hauliers to resume the blockade at the Yahodin – Dorohusk checkpoint.
