Brink stressed the need to continue funding Ukraine as it fights Russian aggression.
"Ukraine needs funding now to continue to fight for freedom from such horror in 2024," the ambassador said.
Russia launched a large-scale attack on Ukraine on the night of 28-29 December. Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Lviv, Zaporizhzhia and other cities came under fire.
The Ukrainian Air Force stated that the Russian Federation had used almost all types of the weapons available to it.
