He added that the day before, Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson presented these aircraft directly to the Ukrainian ambassador in Sweden.
In addition to the ACS 890 aircraft, Sweden will deliver to Ukraine its entire stock of Pbv 302 armoured personnel carriers, RB 99-AMRAAM missiles, which can be used on both aircraft and ground-based air defence systems, artillery ammunition, and resources for maintaining the previously transferred equipment.
Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson noted that the support package is primarily focused on three things Ukraine currently needs most and has clearly requested: strengthening air defence, artillery ammunition, and armoured vehicles.
