The Verkhovna Rada has "urgently" postponed the dismissal of Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on Wednesday, 4 September.

Yaroslav Zhelezniak, an MP from the Holos (Voice) faction, said that during a series of personnel changes voted on by the government, the issue of dismissing Foreign Minister Kuleba was "urgently postponed".

The reason for the delay is currently not specified.

On the morning of 4 September, Kuleba submitted his resignation letter. The ruling Servant of the People party stated that they saw no reason for the Foreign Minister's resignation.
